Job Description
Operations Manager
Nasco Group is seeking a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our group’s operations. Their role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization. The Operations Manager will oversee logistics, supply chain, IT, and technical departments. The post-holder will be reporting to the General Manager.
Responsibilities
• Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
• Perform quality controls and monitor operational KPIs.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.
Profile
Requirements and skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or any related field from a reputable university.
• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
