You will work closely with key clients, develop sales strategies, and lead a team to achieve targets. You will play a crucial role in market analysis and developing strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Identify and target new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a B2B Sales Manager.
Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to analyze market trends and data.
