Job Description

Nasco Group is seeking a B2B Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the market presence in the fast-moving consumer goods sector. You will work closely with key clients, develop sales strategies, and lead a team to achieve targets. You will play a crucial role in market analysis and developing strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

  • Identify and target new business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a B2B Sales Manager.

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and data.
