Nasco Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Boutique Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our premium food products boutique. The ideal candidate is a passionate about food with a strong understanding of the specialty food market, exceptional customer service skills, and a proven ability to manage and motivate a team. The Boutique Manager will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring superior shopping experience, maintaining inventory, and upholding the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving sales through exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and effective promotional strategies.
- Provide personalized and knowledgeable assistance to customers, offering recommendations, demonstrating product usage, and addressing inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Oversee all aspects of customer experience, ensuring a welcoming, clean, and inviting environment.
Operations & Management:
- Manage all aspects of boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and rotating product to minimize waste and ensure product freshness.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized boutique, ensuring proper product display, signage, and merchandising.
- Manage the boutique's budget, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a team of sales associates.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Schedule staff effectively to ensure adequate coverage and customer service.
- Motivate and inspire team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
Product Knowledge & Merchandising:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all products offered in the boutique, including ingredients, sourcing, production methods, and flavor profiles.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
- Create and execute merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and drive sales.
- Plan and execute in-store events and promotions to generate excitement and attract new customers.
- Collaborate with marketing on social media and promotional efforts related to the boutique.
