Job Description

Administrative assistant will play an important role in organizing, managing, and keeping the office running. They are responsible for clerical and organizational tasks like file organizing, scheduling appointments, assisting other staff members, and drafting correspondences or messages. Administrative assistants also use computers extensively to work with spreadsheets, create presentations and reports, and manage databases.

 

Applicants must be able to join immediately and be based in Kuwait.

Profile

Bachelor's degree required.

Administration experience of at least 2 years.

Excellent communication skills (including spoken and written English).

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook).

Adobe Suite proficiency preferred but not required.
